# CLTS Portal

> Case management software for Wisconsin CLTS (Children's Long-Term Support) waiver agencies. Support and service coordinators use it to track clients, log case notes with billable unit hours, manage PTO, and generate the monthly Inovalon export in one click. Built and operated by Crump Tech LLC.

CLTS Portal replaces the spreadsheets and legacy tools that Wisconsin county waiver agencies and CLTS providers use to run their caseloads. Each agency gets its own tenant at `https://<agency>.cltsportal.com`. The product is HIPAA compliant: encrypted at rest and in transit, full audit logging, role-based permissions.

The single most-used feature is Inovalon reporting. Every Wisconsin CLTS agency submits an Inovalon file monthly, and most still assemble it by hand from Excel exports. CLTS Portal generates it from live case-note data: pick a month, click generate.
